Great view of the Tokyo tower, very clean and close to two stations and easy get to the airport.

Wonderful
Room was great, with full of amenities and nice city views. Breakfast was good and fresh, very good to have the vegan restaurant and also the Japanese restaurant for breakfast as well. The location was very good close to transport and walking distance to many attractions.
Nothing! If something can be improved, it will be the English level of the staff, especially in the reception. But all were helpful, polite and professional.

Hotel very well located, very nice room, amenities including a pyjama, staff at the reception was very friendly
We had a really bad experience in the restaurant. The staff doesn't really speak English which is difficult for European tourists. The waiter didn't know what the pasta of the day was. We had to ask several times for water. II ordered a steak and as the waiter said that the steak was served without any sides ( I had specifically asked the question) I ordered fries. The steak came with mushed potatoes so I tried to cancel them as they hadn't been served yet. I faced an angry manager who told me I had to pay the fries, so I said it was ok to have them. In the end I didn't get any fries at all and had to pay 80% anyway. The story really spoiled the dinner.

Very Good
Great location, next to Shinbashi Train Station. Walking distance to Ginza. Great staff and customer care.
There was no mini bar nor room service (at least we could not find one). Also, breakfast buffet was very average and exactly the same every morning with no variety. It felt like a budget hotel even though the price per night was up there with luxury hotels.
